A Credit Risk Score attempts to condense a borrower's credit history into a single number.
When you check your tenant through Lettingref we use the Gauge credit risk score to provide you with a fast, objective and consistent measurement of the credit risk associated with each tenant based on information contained in their credit report. It enables you to better understand the likely future payment performance of your tenants and therefore make informed decisions.
When you carry out a tenant reference we'll give the individual a score that will range between 1 - 999. We'll also tell you whether this tenant would be considered risky or not.
